Lorraine has spent the last 24 years working as a Communications Skills Trainer and Behavioural Coach. She helps senior people in business communicate more effectively; whether that means having more authority in the way they message, being able to influence to get the outcomes they wish, demonstrate a greater bandwidth of leadership behaviours, be compelling when presenting to clients or just be more confident in what they do.
Lorraine coaches many senior individuals across a wide range of industries around the world. Areas include Personal Impact, Influencing, Presentation/Pitching Skills, Client/Team Relationship Building Skills, Negotiations, Networking Skills and Consultative Selling.

Her approach is very practical as she believes people learn mostly by doing and experiencing new behavioural choices. Previously Lorraine trained and worked as an actor and has built some of her current methodology based on the base skills of acting, but within a corporate context.
