Trade Sale of Screentime Labs to US based Awareness Technologies

We were delighted to help local dad, Steve Vangesse, realise the value in his growing technology business, Screetime Labs, creator and B2C reseller of software that lets parents manage the time their children spend on their tablets and smartphones.

Screentime was created by Steve Vangesse in an effort to help him reduce the time this three children spent on their new tables without the use of timers, nagging or even hiding their technology!  Steve could find nothing sufficiently helpful online at the time, so set about building something for himself.

Steve launched the app on the Play Store and it quickly became a global hit with parents facing similar issues from Australia, to Brazil, and the United States.  18 months later and the business had the attention of global players including Google.
