£1.7m business loan for Dunton Environmental.

We were delighted to help Dunton Environmental to successfully access a £1.7m unsecured term loan.

Based in Birmingham, Dunton Environmental solve complex ground contamination problems in the construction and other industries.

In October 2019, after two years of rapid growth, Dunton’s working capital came under pressure from weather-related delays and customer billing issues. Dunton was also over-concentrated in onsite remediation for the construction sector and needed to diversify into off-site solutions attracting business from other industries.

We arranged a £1.7m 8-year cashflow loan to cover Dunton’s additional working capital requirements, whilst billing with key clients normalised. The funds also allowed the company to continue its diversification plan and other key projects such as refurbishment of the new Head Office.
